About this pro

As an Integrative Medicine Expert I help people solve persistent health concerns. My goal is to help clients feel a sense of empowerment and reclaim their health through yoga, meditation, and nutrition.

Whether you are trying to lose weight, have more energy, recover from an injury, or sleep better, I can help you! At the core of Naturopathy we believe there is no such thing as "incurable". Our work is to first purify the body, releasing the root cause of the disease process. Then we provide the body with the deep nourishment and ingredients needed to restore the body. We know there are foods and herbs that have a specificity for each part of the body. Once these ingredients are given to the body and the medicine is driven to the correct organ systems, our innate vital force kicks in, and the body heals itself.

My path as a healer started 20 years ago by healing myself after a near death experience.  Since then, I studied Naturopathy, nutrition, yoga, meditation & dance in 13 countries. This has given me a well rounded persective on health and healing from diverse cultural perspectives.

Each client session is different and I use a handful of tools to assist the healing process. This may include guided imagery, meditation, yoga, nutrition, herbs, juice fasting, and detox regimes.

Monica has provided me with a unique experience both at the Oregon Eclipse last year and since in private sessions in which I discovered that yoga is more than a stretching exercise. She opened a pathway to beingness, to my awareness of being more than my body, and access to being in the relationship with all that is. It just happened effortlessly and through her gentle guidance and words of instruction. I can hear her now remind me it is a practice and to set an intention.
