In addition to 2000 hours of private training in holistic wellness, I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher working with a broad demographic of clients ranging all ages and skill levels.
I genuinely love connecting with people. All humans have lived some incredible stories, experienced the rise and fall of human emotions, and deserve to be seen, heard, and nourished. The greatest part of my work is watching how quickly clients evolve beyond the initial tension and stress in their minds and bodies to discover a lightness and peace within their own hearts.
Amanda helped me uncover some subconscious patterns and social masks that I realized I carry around with me in everything I do. She has an amazing way of creating a safe space where people feel comfortable going to a vulnerable place (often surprisingly quickly!) and in assisting people to develop awareness of the causes of limiting patterns in our lives. She incorporates some really cool stuff into the physical practice of yoga - primal movements, unique flows, energy exercises, and other body awareness designed to deeply connect with a side of you that you may not have even known was there! This has enabled me to bring this awareness and empowerment into my life, and to make changes so that I’m no longer controlled by the subconscious and limiting patterns. It’s also inspired me to keep opening up and being vulnerable because that’s where most of my biggest breakthroughs have come!
I want to better understand who I am and what makes me tick. It isn't always easy and it isn't always painless, but Amanda helps me reach back into my past and helped me understand how I -- as a young child -- learned to survive in this world. With time, I hope to better understand which survival techniques still serve me, and which don't. Where I abandon a technique that no longer serves, it will be interesting to walk through the process of how an adult recreates a decision that is typically solidified in childhood. This strikes me as a remarkable opportunity for self-knowledge. I'm still early on the path. As I said, it isn't always easy, but it is intriguing and rewarding.

First, we get to know one another by having a phone or video call consultation. I get to know the client beyond the surface, inquiring into their daily patterns, rituals, and stressors. We explore what is working in their routines and what is not.
If the client feels a connection after our consultation, we decide on a working schedule and begin building our relationship from there.
I have developed and advocated for holistic health and wellness programs since 2011. I hold a BS in Legal Studies/Health Care Policy and have now completed close to 2,000 private hours of training in holistic wellness, which includes studies on the Human Energy Field, various levels of consciousness, psycho-emotional distress and healing, and DNA activation.
I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, trained in Integrative Yoga Therapy, meditation, Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga for Seniors, Applied Anatomy, Chakras, and Primal Yoga.
