Seeing each individual succeed at there own level, while getting to know each individual at a personal level, which creates trust, and long lasting friendships over the many years I have been teaching.

To experience all the different ways to teach each person, creates a diversity in styles of coaching that I have enjoyed expereincing over the years.

And just to see the participants eye's, when they first accopmlish a skill by them selves.

Tharien is an intuitive, skillful therapist. He is very knowledgable about how the bodys anatomical structures works together and how they can be coaxed back into alignment. He was able to talk to my muscles and connective tissue so that they were able to let go of years of tension start to open into new patterns of alignment and freedom.

    Frequently asked questions

Getting to know them, this will allow the setting to be created for trust

Set goals, then a lessons plan to move student forward

Continue to align skills and strength, develop proper structural and balance to support skills being developed

I was a gymnast at a young age, started teaching 35 + years ago. AS Athletic Trainer & Corrective Fitness instructor, Aerobic & Yoga Certified. USA Gymnastics certified in ASEP, (Athletic Sports Excercis Professional) several training clinics over the years from pre-school fundamentals, Recreation, structure training, PDP Level I & II (Proper Development Professinal) TOP's Training system (this is an elite training program for youthful athletes) Teacher of safety first, and pit safety.

Price is based on, what is needed, students level, expectations of outcome and time frame for skills which needs to be done.

Standard fee $60 hr Basic skills training

Pro Athletes $150 hr Advanced skills training

If I am working with 2 or more athletes at a time, fees are reduced based on #'s of athletes

As a youth, I used to push handycap students from class to class, and started working with them with basic motor skills. What a gift that was, it turned into a love I never expected.

After having several surguries over the years, my focus turned into rehabing, then functionality training for greater balance. This intersted me in learning the body at a deeper level, I heard about Myofascial Tissue.

This sparked my interest in learning more about athletic performance, muscle recovery, injury prevention and recovery as well as understanding the energy force that is whithin our bodies. We see these super athletes, they are harnesing the energy within the Myofascial structure to maintain a high level of performance.

This is what kept me going as a teacher.

I started working with kids in Elementary school, pushing handicap students from room to room. And at times assisting them out of there wheelchair onto the padded floor for movement programs.

I was so intrieged by what I experienced at a young age with those children. I had a major injury at 13, and was on crutches for a year and a half. I was faced with rehabing my L leg, and body for the next 2 years. This is what inspiered me to be in the health industry.

Started working as a personal trainer at a club, training weekend warriors. Then turned into training pro athletes, raquetball, cyclysts & body builders. I started teching kids in gymnastics as I was going back to school. Pre-school (18 month parent toddler and up) to Elite levels and Olympic Teams.

I continued to develop my skills with kids/pros in gymnastics, ballet, football, baseball, cheerleading programs. Most recent became a yoga instructor, and I also coach small businesses in balancing there program.

Students have varried over the years, and I still enjoy seeing the outcome, and excitment in asssisting our communities in so many ways.

I volunteer as a sound manager at Bhaktifest for the past 7 years. This past year, working with a new crew, and getting to coach/mentor and teach so many young people in supporting this grand event.

I am one of the staff members, so when I get a chance to train anyone, it always makes me feel like I have done good for these people. They are happy, they are confident about what there role is and they come with appriciation and share it with me, so precious and another grand year it is.

Get to know the coach/trainner, be spacific about your goals, and what you want to accopmlish. I feel some, have a lack of understanding what it takes to be physically active, and test the bodies skill sets.

It takes time if one has never done any of the skills learning. For others, its about performance, how quick can I get this skill. So with both styles, it is getting to know your coach/trainner.

    1) What do I want?

    2) Is my gaol attainable with my physical abilities?

    3) What type of coach/trainner am I looking for?

3 basic questions that will help any coach/trainner in evaluating student, and there needs.
