I’m a Holistic Health & Mindset Coach, RN, Nutritionist, DNA Based Fitness Coach with an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology.
I recently left my 13+ year career as an RN to create a life I love & I’m now teaching other women how to do the same!
As an RN, the most important lesson I learned was LIFE CAN BE FREAKIN’ SHORT. Instead of wasting it feeling mediocre, I've learned to be healthy, to cultivate joy internally, & to shift my mindset to one of abundance & limitless possibilities.
I help women create goals and crush them using the exact tools I've used to get to where I am.
I don't believe in fads or quick fixes because they don't last.
I believe in small intentional daily actions that lead to a permanent lifestyle change.
I have a women's Facebook group called The Joy Formula where we have weekly themes, LIVES, and health challenges.
I love changing lives. As an RN I saw people in all stages of help and I realized preventative care is essential. Helping women create the healthiest and most joyful lives possible is my passion and purpose in life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We meet weekly for 45-60 min for first 6 weeks then every other week.
The client has their own google drive where I help them create their future vision, 1, 3, 5, 10-year goals and we reverse engineer down to a 3-month goal.
I then help the client create daily tactics/action steps to reach their 3-month goal.
This is a fail-safe process that has changed all of my clients lives from changing jobs, to building their own business, to creating a regular workout routine, to making healthier eating choices, etc...

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the coach does not have any quick-fix guarantee. Most people are not successful at reaching their goals because they go too big in the beginning. Reaching your goals = creating new habits. This takes time and consistency.
