Greg first found his way into a gym as a shy 16 year old, quickly seeing the physical confidence that came with building his body. This transferred into other areas of his life, including rock climbing and playing the drums. Fascinated by the ability to work with our bodies to achieve anything we thought to be possible, he began studying insatiably things like anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition and exercise programming.

In 2000 he competed in his first bodybuilding competition.

In 2004 Greg became a certified personal trainer to share with others his expertise and love for the human body’s capacity. Through the course of training hundreds of clients, one thing came clear to him; the fitness industry model was flawed. Greatly!

What he saw is that the industry has been trying to solve the same problems (things like weight loss and body image) with the same level of judgment that create the problem in the first place!

This led to an epiphany for him. What is the one component that we don’t facilitate often in the fitness industry? Mindset.

Not only for being able to visualize yourself being where you desire to be with your body, but all of the thoughts that led to the struggle with body in the first place -- the judgments, expectations, and victimhood that go along with not being authentic in who you truly came to be.

This led to him writing his book: Follow Your Bliss – A Guide to a Powerful Mindset.

Greg’s enthusiasm, passion and experience now all play a part in his refreshing approach to helping his clients master their mindset as the key to achieving the body and the life they desire.

Greg loves being a Father to a beautiful Daughter and continues to enjoy music and outdoor adventures mountain biking with friends all over Colorado and Utah.
