Coach as i call him, while is intense with his workout regime makes sure to coach you up. He works with your schedule, makes sure you're eating right and stays consistent with you in your journey whether it's losing weight or boxing. Can't say enough positive things about my experience so far. I recommend stac fitness to anyone, who is interested in losing weight or learning a mixed martial art.

I been a client at STAC fitness for 7 years and have known Richard for many more. Richard has always been a positive influence for me. He took the time to really understand what my fitness goals are and created a plan on how we were going to accomplish it. Together we created a nutrition plan that I could actually achieve and a workout regimen that wasn't intimidating. He always made me feel comfortable when I didn't know anything about fitness. I was invited to join in on a training session by a friend who has been working out with Richard for the past 12 years, when my 4th child was just 7 weeks old. After surviving my first workout, I was hooked. Richard is a motivating trainer that has pushed me beyond what I would have thought I was capable of and definitely further than I would have ever pushed myself. I’ve had the benefit of working with various personal trainers to know the difference between good personal trainers, great personal trainers and a joke of a personal trainer. Richard is by far the best personal trainer I have found in the Denver area.
I met Richard a little more than three years ago and have been training with him ever since. I have had personal trainers keep me at the gym for one or more hours a session five days a week, pretty much deplete my carbohydrate intake, and had me down handfuls of supplements in an effort to whip me into shape. Not only is this unattainable for the long haul, it is not healthy. On the flip side, I’ve had trainers who barely challenged me at all. I would more times than not leave the gym without even breaking a sweat. Admittedly, there is the occasional day or two when I’m not into pushing myself that I wish I would have picked "that guy."
At first, I was a bit skeptical with only a 30-minute workout routine, wondering if it would be enough to make a difference. Richard doesn’t waste your time or his by filling your workouts with fluff. His program is filled with the right amount of cardio, weight training, and intensity that will leave you feeling challenged and confident that he has pushed you to your body’s limit.
Training the pregnant and post natal client: This was a huge bonus for me when I discovered I was pregnant. Not only did I train throughout my entire pregnancy without any complications, I looked and felt great. I was able to maintain a much leaner body than I had in my two previous pregnancies and getting back to my pre-pregnancy body happened much quicker than I anticipated. Richard put together a fitness plan which enabled me to exercise with my newborn with the aid of an infant harness, among other things. He is also sensitive to clients who need a bit of flexibility in their schedule, as he will do his best to accommodate a schedule change. Being a mom of three little boys, this has proven to be invaluable as I never quite know what’s going to happen from one week to the next.
If you are seeking real results and want a serious trainer who can take you there, I highly recommend Richard. He’s definitely worth the investment in both time and money.
