When I am not training myself or others privately, I working as a Sports Perfromace Specialist for Redline Athletics in Centennial. Which plans to open its new facility in September.

I genuinely enjoy helping others acheive their personal goals. I am continuing to learn and grow personally and believe I can help others with the knowledge I aquire. I specialize in complete QB training involving on field performance, weight room lifting, shoulder care, and Xs/Os. Nonetheless, I have the ability to help in whatever your goals or needs may be, whether is general weight room training, speed/agility training, non-sport specific physical condition improvement, and nutrition tips and advice.

First we will get in the same page with your personal goals, then get a sense of where you are currently and where you want to go.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Having experience in a number of training methodologies throughout my football and basketball career. I have also came back from a number of knee injuries within a shortened time restriction.

I graduated from Stanford University with a 3.2 GPA and am SPS Certified.

How did you get started teaching?

In started training my younger brother who now plays QB and Oregon State along with his friends, teammates and local kids back in California. I have also had adults reach out to me for tips and advice.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

There is a lot of ego in this type of industry or people just trying to make money off of kids. A good coach will always be loking at the latest research while adjusting the time tested methods that have shown results.
