What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer a complimentary consultation to anyone interested in wellness coaching or personal training. During our consultation we'll discuss goals and what really motivates you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor's degree in exercise and wellness and my current certifications are NASM corrective exercise specialist and performance enhancement specialist
I have over 13 years experience training a variety of clientele. I've trained many athletes as well as individuals with various illnesses with particular emphasis in autoimmune disorders, spinal and joint problems, arthritis, diabetes, and pre through post op muscle development and care

What types of students have you worked with?
I grew up as a competitive gymnast and snowboarder, so I'm fond of working with athletes, but I also love corrective exercise and helping each student find a balance for fitness in their life no matter what level of fitness they're starting with
