About
I don't just give you the WHAT to change, I give you the HOW as it pertains to your particular body, goals and lifestyle.
In addition to that, I look below the surface at hormones, habits and mindsets that got you where you are and might hinder your ability to move forward. I find and address the root to make true, lasting change.
After 7 years, I've realized that the quick fixes never satisfy, and the happiest clients have been changed from the inside out.
I enjoy the moment a woman realizes that she's made of so much more than she knew, and she's ready to stop hiding.
I enjoy how life seems to parallel fitness training, so while you are shaping a body, you also have the tools to shape any kind of life you want, in business, in relationships, in family, or whatever you can dream - and you can look and feel amazing while doing it!

I've worked with many different types of people, but my favorite are moms between ages 25-50, driven, high-achievers, deep lovers with a goal of weight loss and discovering their full potential.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A few months ago, my daughter had a long weekend off of school, and we took a spontaneous trip to Southern California! I drove all through the night to get there, and to see her joyful face as she ran in and out of the waves was worth every single mile!
The sponteneity and sunshine was just what both of our souls needed! We'll both cherish those memories forever.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are certified AND have successful experience in their field. Enjoying exercise isn't enough. Each body is different and you need someone who understands that and can train YOUR body - not theirs.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1. WHAT do you want to achieve?
2. WHY do you want that?
3. Are you willing to spend the time and money required to get it?
4. It will require change, are you willing to do that?
