Frequently asked questions

We talk a lot about your goals, then create a strategy to bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to be. Some clients want to recover from an injury or health condition.  Some want to increase flexibility and strength.  Some want to manage stress and feel calmer. Whatever your goal, we’ll help you get there!

My original yoga teacher training was a 200 Hour program in Denver through Core Power Yoga. Since then, I’ve been trained in Chair yoga, Children’s Yoga and Christian Yoga. I am also a Silver Sneakers Certified fitness instructor and a certified Health & Wellness Coach.

Private Yoga Lessons are $60/Hour session. Save by booking 2-4 sessions at once for $50 each. Book 5 or more sessions at once for $40 each. Private sessions may be shared with friends, family or coworkers. Studio classes are by donation.

I fell in love with Yoga in 2008 and became a teacher in 2010.

I truly believe Yoga is for everyBODY at any stage of life. My students range from toddlers to seniors. All shapes, sizes, colors, ages and abilities are welcome.

I lead several events including weekly yoga classes, health workshops, cooking demonstrations, guided hikes, a Body Positive Book club and half and full day retreats.

The most important thing with new yoga students is to make the poses fit your body, not the other way around. There are so many modifications of each pose that we can try to find the version that works for you. I have lots of experience adapting Yoga to help people work around injuries, illnesses and other issues.

My advice is to think about your goals, how much time you can reasonably commit to your practice and do you want a private or small group experience.
