I graduated in 2011 as a previous 4star recruit with lots of knowledge about football & baseball. My training has been proven to help students and professional athletes alike meet or exceed their goals during the off seasons by Teaching new & proper techniques, I have a saying that goes “talent over hype, & Hard work beats talent” meaning I want to work with the person who knows their good but remains dedicated.
