About

I played football for Stanford University 2014-2018 and Arizona State University 2018-2019. I signed on to the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions to play offensive line in 2019. I am heading into my second season in the NFL with the Lions. During my playing time in college, I recieved all pac-12 honors 3 different years.

I have an all-encompassing comprehensive understanding of the game of football schematically and technically. I have obtained knowledge from hall of fame coaches and players that I can pass on to younger players looking to gain skills in order to succeed at the next level. I want to help young offensive linemen reach the same success I have had in football, if not, better.

Football is an incredible game that can lead to invaluable lessons, relationships, and even scholarship offers that open doors to numerous opportunites for success in life.

    When football wrapped up in fall, we started looking at several big name training facilities across the Metro Area for some off season training that was specific to linemen for our 6th grade son. We really wanted someone who had played or coached the line to help breakdown our sons stance and help him work on footwork and form. A lot of those facilities have great programs, but they are all ran in large groups and do not provide the one-on-one training that we were really looking for.
    We really hit the jackpot when we found Casey. Our son has been working with Casey since Nov 2019 and weve already seen improvements in his footwork, stance, and strength. His resumé is incredible and the knowledge he brings is rare to find. He is reasonably priced, willing to travel, and a great role model for any young man who is serious about football. I highly recommend him.

    Casey has been working with my son for the last few months on his offensive line abilities. Caseys football knowledge and on-field skills have made my son a different player, he moves better, smoother, and quicker. Caseys ability to analyze and break down a students personal needs is far better than I could have expected. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a competitive edge in a lineman.

    Frequently asked questions

    Before working with a student, I will review background and playing history to understand the extent of experience. I will familiarize myself with the athlete and his knowledge of the game with a series of questions relating to his past coaching. 

    I have been an offensive lineman for 13 years and trained under Kevin Mawae, NFL hall of fame Center. I have played all postitions on the offensive line and know what it takes to be successful at each position.

    For personal lessons I charge $50 dollars an hour.

    I have been blessed to have played the game of football because it brought me relationships and an education that will last a lifetime. I am excited to at the opportunity to offer a helping hand in encouraging a young athlete to earn the same benefits from the game as I did.
