Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to first have a consult to properly assess the student's expectations and goals. I also like to get a complete history of their health, fitness level, injuries or limitations before putting together a program that would best suit their lifestyle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer and have had extensive experience developing exercise programs that still are selling through my infomercials as well as on digital platforms and through my new website and company, Livati.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I do but I am willing to work with any individual who has a true passion to make the commitment to transform their body and mine to lead a healthier, happier life!!
Standard is $125 per hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I started as a personal trainer in Los Angeles working for Body-By-Jake the pioneer in personal training for the celebrities.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with absolutely every age and fitness level for both men and women.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My best advice is to understand that first it takes your true desire and commitment to make a positive change. Then, it takes consistency!! That is key to succeeding in any area of your life.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How much time do I have to dedicate to exercise?
Am I willing to make healthy changes to my diet?
Do I have any severe limitations or injuries that would prevent me from succeeding?
Am I accountable?
