What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We will discuss goals, history and limitations. Together we'll discover ways to get you moving towards your goals. Please expect wobbles and giggles!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a 500 hour trained yoga teacher. I have trained to support babies, children, elderly, and people with disabilities. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, AcroYoga and Meditation. I am also an energy worker who utilizes reiki to support healing. Although, I am not a "healer," I empower you to heal yourself!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

For yoga my prices range from $60-$120/hr.
For life coaching they range from $100-$300/hr.

Prices are dependent upon your financial ability. I'm here to support you and this humanity. It's worth it to me to work with you if it means your brightness brightens the days of those around you.

How did you get started teaching?

I used to hate Yoga. It was too slow and I couldn't stand my judgement and criticism... it wasn't until I found my teacher, Christen Bakken, that I discovered the joy in Yoga. She ended class with, "... and that really wasn't so hard, was it?" I couldn't help but laugh. I struggled the WHOLE TIME :) but also, there I was, breathing, accomplished and relaxed. 
I thought yoga would help keep my body in good condition. What I realized is that my heart was cracked open and I was and am able to access parts of myself I didn't know existed. I felt called to share this experience and guide others to themselves.
