About

We integrate Pilates and, if you need it, physical therapy. Many of our Pilates instructors are also physical therapists. We are also a teacher training site, so you know that we have the lastest information and skills in body mechanics and will help you understand your body at least as well as you understand your cell phone!

We are passionate about MOVEMENT and have been in business 11 years. We love the Pilates principles because they apply to all activities of daily living including walking, running, sitting, hiking, biking, skiing and any sport you do. These principles will change your life, they have changed ours! Many of our instructors are certified thru the Pilates Method Alliance and have hundreds or thousands of hours of training.

We just taught a Pilates Mat class at Athelta in Park Meadows Mall.  It was fabulous and the students who attended loved it as well.

They should ask how much training and experience they have.  Pilates is not just exercises it is a whole System of Movement.  Teachers should have at least 500 hours of training to be a beginning teacher.

Students should think about these things.

1.  Do you have aches, pains or prior injuries?  Seek a competent teacher who knows how to work with you.

2.  Are you committed to the process of movement.  It can take 20-30 Pilates sessions before you notice a difference in your body, but you will notice it!
