About

Martial arts training is a good start, but we have taken it to the next level.

We believe that parents and teachers need help in a culture where technology is weakening the bodies and minds or our children. So we've created a leadership academy that strengthens the character and bodies of every student! We use many physical outlets (martial arts, gymnastics, archery, rock climbing, laser tag) to keep student interested. These activities are the conduit to build strong charater into each student.

Our CORE principles are VISION, LEADERSHIP, CONFIDENCE, and GRIT. Come and grow strong with us!

    Frequently asked questions

We walk through our school vision and then start introductory classes once we've completed an interview and evaluation.

Our lead instructor (Master Larry Hilderbrand) has 30 years of training experience in multiple disciplines and military self defense.  He is a 6th degree Korean Taekwondo black belt and also holds a black belt in Karate.  Additional instructors are 3rd degree and nationally ranked gymnasts.

All students are encouraged to get to know us with an introductory month of ulimited classes and a uniform for $67.  After that, all pricing is based on agreement terms.  Individual disciplines like cardio training classes or gymastics start as low as $45/month.  Full unlimited memberships start as low as $132/month.

The owners have children who attended various fitness programs and saw a market opportunity to provide a more comprehensive training program for less money.

Everyone from 2 year olds to grandparents.

We just has our grand opening STAR WARS GALA!  It was a blast and our brand new facility was full.

Make sure you can build a relationship with your instructor.  Don't choose a school where instructors are sub-contractors who are switching up all the time.  Commit to a program you believe in and stick with it.  After all, one of our CORE principles is GRIT.  You can't learn grit if you can't stick with a program.
