Prodigy Gym And Fitness
About
I have been personal training professionally for over 25 years. I am considered an expert in injury rehabilitation (mostly because I have been through just about everything from muscle tears, back surgery, back rehab, rotator cuff injuries and tears, acl/mcl issues, and muscle strains. I can and have trained every sort of individual successfully from your regular man or women who wanted to lose 10-100lbs of bodyfat to the pro level of bodybuilding and other professional sports programs. Other than building a very professional program for success for just about any individual our gym, Prodigy Gym and Fitness, is equipped with the very best equipment for ALL levels of lifters and especially injury rehab. Do yourself a favor and if you are brand new to weight training or up to professional sports level come and see this gym. The environment, the staff, equipment, wall art, music played (all chosen by the members), and even the members, are all geared towards success! Everyone helping each other no matter what level they are on.
I love seeing people completly change their lives and become the best version of themselves. Watching people feel good about themselves is the most rewarding accomplishment I can think of. Helping people out of injuries they never thought they would be out of and doing the things they love once again is priceless to me as I have been there many many times myself!

What types of students have you worked with?
Obese- I have taken over 100lbs off of more than 5 people in my 25 years. This takes a very serious level of commitment and dedication fromt the student but with the right mindset it can be done!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would encourage anyone looking for a coach to ask to see and talk to prior clients with before and after pictures. If they can't provide them they most likely dont have them.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1. What are their goals?
2. What do they expect from their coach?
3. What level of commitment are they willing to put forth?
4. What is their budget for time and expenses for this project?
