In these stressful times, it is important for us to embrace healthy stress reducing behaviors to avoid catastrophic illness, enhance health, and to bring peace, and joy into our lives. I personally embarked on a mindfullness journey about 4 years ago when stress was causing health problems. I get it. Let's give you an oasis from stress and tools to use moving forward.

I have a group that I meet regularly with on Meet Up. I did a healing light meditation with them and the results were significant. A couple of the members stated that it helped them to "unblock" some feelings in their lives and move past them. I felt truly honored to be a part of that healing.
You definitely need to find someone that you are comfortable working with. I relate well with busy professionals (because I was one) and also with people who struggle with disease processes, or who are looking to avoid stress-related illness.
