About
I am a former nurse who knows the value of maintaining health via coaching, meditation, and/or Reiki services. In these stressful times, it is important for us to embrace healthy stress reducing behaviors to avoid catastrophic illness, enhance health, and to bring peace, and joy into our lives. I personally embarked on a mindfullness journey about 4 years ago when stress was causing health problems. I get it. Let's give you an oasis from stress and tools to use moving forward.
I love working with people and seeing the transformations that occur in their lives!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer a free, 30-minute over the phone consultation to assess the client's needs and goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors in nursing and worked in the chronic pain sector for over 20 years. I am also a certified Health and Spiritual Integration Coach.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked a lot with business professionals who are looking to decrease stress in their lives. I've also worked with clients who have a significant illness.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have a group that I meet regularly with on Meet Up. I did a healing light meditation with them and the results were significant. A couple of the members stated that it helped them to "unblock" some feelings in their lives and move past them. I felt truly honored to be a part of that healing.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You definitely need to find someone that you are comfortable working with. I relate well with busy professionals (because I was one) and also with people who struggle with disease processes, or who are looking to avoid stress-related illness.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1) What's your background?
2) How do you incorporate meditation into your every day practice?
3) Obviously, I'm ready to make some changes. How can you help me meet my goals?
