About
I got into fitness through playing sports. It was in high school that I fell in love with weight lifting and training. Not only did I change my body in a positive way, but I felt so much better and decided to pursue a career in fitness! What really inspires me now is being a role model and mentor to those who want to start or take the next steps in their fitness journey from losing weight and getting healthier, to becoming a next level athlete, or changing a physique. I love training, learning, and experiencing new things so that I can be the best coach possible. I think its crucial as a trainer that I need to walk the walk, not just talk the talk. So while I help others get better, I am always trying to improve on myself as well.
I have been participating in the fitness realm for 9 years now. That's included many sports, different styles of training, and nutrition. I also have a bachelors in Health and Exercise Science and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have a lot of personal experience and a strong scientific background. Over the past couple years, I have also worked with a variety of people ranging anywhere from college athletes, to 7 year old's, to 70 year old's.
Seeing people make a meaningful impact on their life. Your health is eveything and impacts every part of your day.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with the basics like age, gender, and current body composition. Second, I like to hear more about your experience with fitness (lifting, cardio, sports, etc.) and identify goals (at least 1 primary goal and maybe 1 or 2 side goals). Then, I like to establish how often you will be working out so I can develop a proper split. Lastly, as we go I like as much feedback as possible (likes, dislikes, things that hurt, weight fluctuations, etc.). Overall, I like to do whatever I can to make things as personalized and as effective as possible for you!
