Conqueror Training
About
Conqueror Training focuses on practical, real-world combat, while focusing on inner struggles as well. Not only will you develop a skillset allowing you to defend yourself or others, it will help you cultivate confidence, discipline and a healthy mindset.
No fancy stuff, no competition stuff, just what is practical for the real world.
I have over 20 years experience in martial arts. I started with Shotokan Karate, and moving into other styles like kickboxing/boxing, Kenpo, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and dabbed into Hapkido and Kung Fu.
I enjoy empowering people. I enjoy giving them simple techniques that help them build confidence in their ability to defend themselves.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I talk to the student about their goals. What do they want to achieve with martial arts training? I then evaluate the student's skillset to see what should be worked on first. I give an overview of how lessons will progress.
We start by training upper body, punching, blocking, striking. Then we move to the lower body, kicks, knees, stances. From there we go to take downs and standing locks. This leads into throws and eventually ground combat.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained for years in Shotokan Karate. I then trained with kickboxing at several different studios. I learned jiu jistu from some of these studios. Throughout the years I picked up knowledge on Hapkido, Kung Fu, and various other techniques.
