Thanks for taking time to visit my profile!  I'm an ACE Certified Fitness Nutritionist and Private Fitness Coach.  I specialize in distance running, kickboxing and strength conditioning. I really enjoy helping people make healthy lifestyle changes that can last a lifetime!

As a Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Denver School of Massage Therapy.  I specialize in pain relief, Swedish, trigger point and sports massage.

My fitness studio is located in Boulder.  Here's the address:

4939 Broadway

unit 63B

Boulder, Colorado 80304

I can also travel to your location as well!  (Travel fee = $30 additional/session).

Mental fitness is a major factor in health and wellness.  It can be hard to motivate yourself to pursue your goals when you feel defeated before you even start.  If disorganization is throwing your fitness goals out of balance, perhaps life coaching may be for you!

I earned my Life Coach Certification at the Life Coach Institute of Orange County (Located in Huntington Beach, California, an International Coach Federation approved school).  I specialize in career, relationship and fitness life coaching.  Please contact me for a free initial 1 hour consultation and let me help you turn your health & wellness vision into reality!

I really enjoying seeing my clients thrive on their hero's journey and constantly improving their lifestyle for the better!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I want people to get a true sense that I can help them reach their fitness/nutritional goals and massage therapy needs.  Listening to my clients goals are the foundation that I build a routine from.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) Fitness Nutritionist & Personal Trainer, Denver School of Massage Therapy Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate from the Life Coach Institute of Orange County.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I personally hate long term contracts of any kind.  That's why I use a prepay system for my services.  This allows the client to only pay for the sessions they plan on using within a 30 day period.

Here are my rates:

Personal Training = $70/hour

Table/Chair Massage = $70/hour

Life Coaching = $80/hour

Nutrition (Weekly Meal Plans) = $40/week

Please contact me for additional details, thanks!

How did you get started teaching?

I've been connected with athletics all my life, so deciding to go into the wellness field seemed like a natural fit.  :0)

Simply put, I like helping people obtain a healthier lifestyle!

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with an array of clients.  I believe that everyone can improve their lifestyle if done in a safe and organized manner.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

This client hired me in January of 2015 and was diagnosed with a brain tumor which caused weakness on the entire right side of his body.

It has almost been a year and not only has he gotten stronger, but more confident that he'll improve his overall health.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I don't sell gimmicks, one-hit wonder massages or get-fit quick diet schemes, so are you ready to take the steps to live a healthier lifestyle?

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Have I been medically cleared to workout?

Am I ready to make the time and financial commitment towards the goals I want the trainer to help me with?

Will I allow myself to have fun and be positive on my wellness journey?
