I’ve been in group fitness(spin, rowing and functional strength) for 5 years. I specialize in building muscle, conditioning, and cross/sport training. I also have a nutrition certification to make your program well rounded and designed to succeed.
I enjoy working with all exercisers from beginners to power lifters! I love form focus and the ability to teach my clients how to succeed outside of our sessions. Fitness is truly a lifetime love of mine- let’s make it yours too!

Meg is a great personal coach and definitely knows her stuff, she is fun to work with but still pushes you when you need it and also is great at mixing up the workouts and she has great taste in music which always makes a go faster :-) highly recommend her!
