Our studio has been in operation for nearly 30 years. We are leaders in the Pilates industry worldwide. Our teacher training program was the first of its kind. Our owners studied directly under Romana Kryzanowska who was the direct protégée of Joseph Pilates himself.
Our mission at The Pilates Center is to empower people to heal themselves. We believe that it is through people’s whole body health that we can achieve peace in the planet.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students are screened for level of class participation, or scheduled to take an evaluation Private session during which the teacher takes down a comprehensive history, etc. and evaluates the client to develop a personal Pilates program for them
