My name is Anthony Liso. I’m ex Military and I currently own and run O-course.com

I’ve been a multi sport athlete all my life and a NASM/ACE Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness instructor for over 25 years.

Within those years I’ve worked for and learned from New York City’s top three personal training guru’s David Barton, Pat Manocchia (Howard Stern’s PT) and Jeff Bell. While learning I’ve gotten a chance to work with MANY famous and affluent people. Some I still consider friends. So finding a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor that inspires, motivates and that you connect with is paramount.
