I was almost 21 years old in 2001 when I first started boxing and competing in the amateurs.
Ever since then I've worked hard as a boxing trainer and a competitive boxer.
With to many amateur championships and titles to list or remember. Here are some of my best and most prestigious titles won throughout my Amateur & Pro Career.

2 TIME CT. HALL OF FAME INDUCTEE FOR PROFESSIONAL FIGHTER OF THE YEAR.
As a professional Heavyweight I've acquired a record of 20-1-3 with 16 by way of knockout. Along with winning the NABF Championship Title with a 4th round KO. Which ranked me #5 by the WBC as the 5th best heavyweight boxer in the world.
I have 19 years of Boxing experience by way of training and competing for 5 years in the amateurs with USA boxing.
Representing the heavyweight division on the USA Elite Boxing Team for almost one year before deciding to turn to professional boxing in November of 2005.
Where I’ve been fighting and training as a Professional Heavyweight Boxer, Former NABF Champion, and top 5 world contender.
Previously ranked 5th best in the world with the WBC. Throughout these past 19 years I’ve been involved with helping to develop and teach our youth in both Professional and Amateur Boxing.
Showing them the importance of being able to protect and defend themselves in both life and the sweet science of boxing.
I’ve trained and coached kids of all ages beginning in early 2000’s at the Kramer middle school in Willimantic CT. and continued training and coaching throughout the Pro's at the old Lions Den in Middletown CT. Now called Go To Fitness Ultimate Training Center.
Along with training and helping out at many other boxing gyms throughout CT,NY,CO, and FL. Traveling, Fighting, and Sparring all over the world working with the best trainers and professional boxers alive today.
I’m a former sparring partner to World Heavyweight Champions Vitali Klitschko, Oleg Maskaev, and Manual Charr.
I’m currently creating my TNT GRANO BOXING COURSE.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If you’re interested please message or call me at 860-808-8642 so that we can make arrangements and set up your first training session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five years in the amateurs. The last year of which was spent as an elite boxer and national champion. Then these past 13 years have been spent boxing as a professional heavyweight boxer, NABF champion and previously ranked fifth best heavyweight boxer in the world by the WBC.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is determined after meeting with and going through the first 90 minute introductory to boxing training class that I give at a price of $120
How did you get started teaching?
I got started by working with the inner city kids that were training in the Kramer middle school Boxing Gym after school. While I was training there to compete in local fights I started helping out with teaching and training the kids that would come in the gym after school.
