Personal training is just that- personal. I don't believe in the one size fits all training plan. Working with me means you will get an individualized programming based on your needs. I want you to feel comfortable in your body.
Starting out as a dancer, I naturally moved into the fitness industry teaching fitness classes. After enough people asked for me to train them privately, I became a certified trainer.
Since then I earned my M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Aside from private training, I teach a variety of fitness classes, provide nutrional guidance, run corporate wellness challenges and speak at different corporations on topics of health and wellnss.
I work with clients in my home gym or I will travel to your home. If you'd like to start a fitness class or training program at your worksite, we can discuss how to set that up.
