Personal training is just that- personal. I don't believe in the one size fits all training plan. Working with me means you will get an individualized programming based on your needs. I want you to feel comfortable in your body.
Starting out as a dancer, I naturally moved into the fitness industry teaching fitness classes. After enough people asked for me to train them privately, I became a certified trainer.
Since then I earned my M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Aside from private training, I teach a variety of fitness classes, provide nutrional guidance, run corporate wellness challenges and speak at different corporations on topics of health and wellnss.
Typically, I will travel to your home or see clients in my home studio. However, with the current climate I am seeing client over Zoom. It has been working very well and I'd be happy to set up a free consultaion with you.

I love connecting with people. I love hearing people's journeys and becoming a part of it in a supportive way. I love being "in it" with them. When someone hits a goal- whether it is stepping on the scale and not letting that number ruin your day, wearing a pair of pants that haven't fit in years or no longer experiencing back pain; I am filled with such joy.
