Evaluating skill level based off of first workout and then proceeding to implement further workouts to increase skill level.

I have been playing basketball all my life. I played at the collegiate level. Currently I am the Head Assistant Basketball Coach for st Thomas Aquinas College.

Volunteering at a local boys and girls club.
