About this pro

We cater to small group fitness classes for women where everyone is welcome and accepted at all levels of fitness. A boutique studio where everyone is greeted by their first name when they walk through the door no matter what I'm doing at the time. Adult tap taught by my daughter Jordyn is a long-time favorite.  Jordyn also works at the studio as an acting coach when she is in town. She is a professional working actress with many T.V.and film credits including the haunting role of "Ruby Lane" in The "Fear Street" trilogy.

I have been teaching fitness and dance for 30 years and hold many certifications including my coveted NASM with a specialty in women's hormonal needs. I enjoy helping to empower women of all ages to challenge themselves and become the best version of YOU!

The dance part of our name reflects our custom wedding dance choreography services which are next to none.We take your dreams and turn them into realty by creating a dance specifically for you. Fully customized and personal. We edit the music and correspond directly with your D.J. to ensure a seemless experience. When you're planning your wedding you don't need one more thing to worry about!

I get to work out with the best group of ladies on the Planet while empowering them with knowledge of health and wellness. And when someone presents an idea in front of me for a dance and I see it come to life, it's the best feeling in the world knowing I helped make that happen.

When it comes to the kids (and adults) Jordyn is such a wonderful role model and inspiration. PLease consider visiting our website:

I have been coming to Attitude Dance and Fitness since 2008, and have enjoyed all of the classes I have taken! All of the instructors I have worked with have been so fun and supportive! You can tell that the instruction is thoughtfully planned, and the classes (whether for dancing or working out) are always fun with new things to try and learn. It's never the same class twice. Robyn, the owner, listens to her customers' needs, makes adaptations for those of us with any physical restrictions or needs, and has truly created an accepting and friendly community. ALL ages and ability levels know they are welcome here. Thank you so much for all you do, Robyn!

Robyn has a positive attitude and a caring spirit that flows through her classes and is contagious. Attitude is a non judgemental ZONE where people go at their own pace.Robyn modifies exercises for people when needed to help that process.Robyn changes her exercise routines around constantly and creatively which prevents the body getting used to them and prevents people from doing the same routine over and over and risking boredom. She includes all 3 necessary types of exercise: cardio, Tobin, and stretching. She really helps ladies get in shape.Robyn cares, and helps each individual to get into and maintain the best fitness level that they can.

I have been working out at Attitude Dance and Fitness for almost to 2 years and I love Robyn the instructor, and all the ladies. It is fun and challenging at the same time!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Learning about the individual person and their interests, goals, and really listening to what they want then gradually try to incorporate it all into their program for optimum satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ME: NASM certified personal trainer with special certifications in personal nutritional, women's hormonal balance and behavior modification. Over 35 years in the dance/fitness industry.

Jordyn: (acting coach)Bachelors degree in film. SAG-AFTRA, ACTOR's EQUITY actress. Winner of Series Fest "Best actress" in a comedy award 2016. T.V. and film credits include but not limited to; "Shades of Blue", award winning short film "Fry Day", "The Punisher", Madam Secretary, "The Irishman,' "Fear Street."

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

We offer flexible cost saving packages. And walk-ins for a single non-obligatory fee are also welcome.

How did you get started teaching?

Having danced competively since the age of 4, I decided to enter pageants when I was 17. I knew I needed to get in the best shape I could and started to research ways to improve my knowledge and understanding of fitness. I was certified by what was then known as NDEITA (National Dance Exercise Instructor Training Association) before I even graduated high school and it just evolved from there.
