I have had a daily Yoga practice 22 years and I have been teaching Yoga for 15 years. I wake up everyday with a big smile on my face because I know I will be helping people with something I'm passionate about.
I teach Iyengar Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Radiant Child Yoga as well. I am Happy to teach a family class that will cater to your children.
