I took a self-defense course with Chris Adamchek - it was awesome! Loved learning through role playing how to protect ourselves from others physically, verbally and socially. It was well worth the time and effort involved. I feel much more confident having taken this course. He was an excellent instructor - very patient with the elderly! I highly recommend taking courses with him.
