There is an abundance of information about nutrition out there but with an overwhelming amount of contradictions leading us to be, well, confused about what to eat! Is fat good or is fat bad? Are carbs good or are carbs bad? Should I only eat organic foods? What about superfoods? Do I have to be rigid about my diet to lose weight?
My system is designed to help answer these questions and give you an idea of what you should actually be eating to reach your goals. The truth is, there is no right answer "out there." But there are many answers inside of you waiting to be realized.
I love the work that I do! Being able to teach others about nutrition, give them the clarity and confidence to make decisions around food that truly serve them. I am passionate about guiding people back to themselves, back to the inner wisdom we all have.
I owe a lot of thanks to you for helping guide me through the various best practices you have suggested to me and also helping empower me to own it as something I am doing for myself. So, thank you! I no longer view fitness or food in the way I used to. I can remember a time when I would wake up every morning, step on the scale and let the number dictate what I ate that day, which is insane. But, that time is just part of my journey to discovering what I have today. SO THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
