There is an abundance of information about nutrition out there but with an overwhelming amount of contradictions leading us to be, well, confused about what to eat. Is fat good or is fat bad? Are carbs good or are carbs bad? Should I only eat organic foods? What about superfoods? Do I have to be rigid about my diet to lose weight?
My system is designed to help answer these questions and give you an idea of what you should actually be eating to reach your goals. We'll look beyond the quality of your food to help you determine the appropriate quantity of food to eat. Food quantity is the number one factor that most people miss when trying to lose fat, gain muscle, or increase performance.
