What is your typical process for working with a new student?

When it comes to a typical process for working with a new student, I understand that everyBODY and every mind is different. I approach the private sessions with the literal meaning of yoga - Union, in Sanskrit, and allow for each person to come into their own alignment based on the enternity of themselves. I also take into account that to reach your fill potential, I encorporate other practices and integrate my experience into your future practice with me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training - Yoga Vidya Mandiram, Rishikesh, India

Physical Fitness Trainer course - Wingate Institute, Israel

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Yes I do! For private sessions, I include preperation, travel cost, and value my time in accordance to my experience. Let’s connect in person on the cost of the program because every program is unique, is timed based on our needs, and is incorporating many modalities of practice. Hope this is clear. Reach out to me for any questions!

How did you get started teaching?

Ever since I have known myself, I have always been passionate, driven, and motivated to help others to the best of my ability. When ever I have learned something, tryed it for an extended period of time on myself, I always find excitment and fulfilment to share it with the people around me. At the end of the day, I believe that giving is recieving!

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with children, seniors, athletes, soldiers, and yogis. A big mix indeed!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I have recently led a Nature Connection and Yoga workshop at Wheaton Regional Park. I am incredibly grateful to have brought a personal component to Yoga practice to the great outdoors! The air is fresh, the soil is alive, and the green is to be seen. I felt called to share the history of yoga, originating thousands of years ago in India, and creating an experience of leaving the yoga mat behind. Barefoot walking, identifying edible plants, animal tracking, and many more components are envolved.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

If you are interested, I'd be happy to have a conversation with you to talk about your goals, dreams, visions for youself, to find out if it is a right match for us.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Ask yourself - what would someone who has loving compassion towards themselves do?
