What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, let me know what you are looking for in your yoga practice. We can do this via email or a face to face meeting (over Zoom). From there, I will make suggestions about how to proceed. For most people this will mean attending a group yoga class to get started or setting up a private class with me.
Depending on your level of experience and your goals, this may take from three to six weeks. After you've learned about the buidling blocks of a personal yoga practice, we will set up a second personla meeting to design a personalized practice plan for you.
You can always continue with live group or personal one-to-one classes with me. The personal plan will serve as your foundation as well as a guide for choosing yoga classes and getting the most out of those you attend.
When you feel ready to go up to a new level in your practice, have questions about how to proceed or just need a bit of support on your journey, we can schedule another personal meeting to re-design your yoga practice so it can grow with you as you change and grow.
