Yoga Trapeze combines the benefits of Iyengar Yoga and inversion therapy, with strength training to relieve back pain, build strength using your own body weight, and gain balance and flexibility... all while having fun and hanging upside down. Spending at least 7 minutes a day inverted (upside down) has drastic benefits for your heath including lengthening your spine, relieve tension in your back, and providing blood flow to your brain. Come to my home studio in Washington DC or let me bring my swing to your home!
I've been doing yoga and practicing medication for 16 years. I have also been a child and adult educator for 10 years. I am a Certified Yoga Trapeze instructor through Yoga Body. I love meeting new people and helping each person meet his/her individual health and wellness goals, which will include integrating the mind, body, and soul.

I have a Master's Degree in Human Development and I am a Certified Yoga Trapeze Instructor. I have been coaching and training adults since 2007 in the education sector.

Pricing depends on budget and need. I start at $50 a session.
