Hi! I’m Coach Jordan. I earned my Exercise Science degree at Temple University. I’ve been an avid athlete and health & wellness enthusiasts for all my life. I played every sport growing up starting with martial arts and eventually to football, wrestling, track, lacrosse in high school, college rugby at Temple and snowboarding, marathon, golf, and skateboarding as an adult.

I coach football, wrestling, track and field, and debate team. My coaching pedagogy revolves around engaging athletes through personalized development plans, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves on and off the field through mental performance training, and educating them on how to elevate their competitiveness to succeed at the next level.
