I took my God child to the Fitness Jam Halloween Party hosted by My3sons Health and Wellness. We..did I say We had a ball. There were parachute games, relay races, tag, flag grab, and such many other fun games and snack making. The kids loved it and so did the parents.

Through general conversation, we connected, and she shared that she did not know how to start her wellness journey. She asked if I could help, and I was delighted to.
