However I have maintained a healthy lifestyle, lost just under 200 lbs, and have kept it off for the last four years.

I believe that it is more than just exercise, l am certified personal trainer, life coach as well as I possess a Precision Nutrition PN1 certification

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The typical process with new clients, is intisl consultation and assessment, we discuss fitness goals, nutrition and any medical issues, we then do a fitness assessment.

An individual plan is created, with KPI's established. Personal training is based on this plan

I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA

Nutrion Certification PN1 through Precision Nutrion

Women's focused traing Certification GGS1 through Girls Gone Strong

My pricing is based on three things:

Half hour or hour

Private, semi-private or group training

How did you get started teaching?

I started my path to coaching in teaching Western Martial Arts. My transition to Wellness Coaching and personal training came about as a result of mynown journey into a healthy living. Giving me a complete understanding of the struggles associated with this journey

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with women, men, senior's, as well as individuals with all different kinds of medical and physical limitations

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

My fondness for recent events would be the national qualifier for the international competition team the US Knights, to compete iatbthe International Midevil Combat Federation tournament in Spain thus year

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Can this coach understand and relate to your journey. Is this coach capable of modifying workouts to meet your limitations
