How did you get started teaching?

I got started when i began my certification with ISSA and applied each step into my own fitness journey. Along with the inspiration of my diabetic mother I am currently helping.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

My advice is associate yourself with a teacher who cares not only about you but about their own craft.
