About
I work with my clients to create long-lasting, sustainable and achievable changes in their lifestyle. Through easy to follow recommendations, my clients develop habits that help them become fulfilled in the physical, mental, emotional, financial and spiritual aspects of their life. I am there to provide on-going support and hold them accountable to follow through with their established goals.
I am very passionate about helping people. I believe everybody needs a listening and understading ear as well as a supporter who believes in them and encourages them. What I like most about working with my clients is that "Aha!" moment; that look on their face that says "I got it" and the amazing changes that follow afterwards. That makes what I do worth it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I do an initial free consultation with my potential client. During the consultation, I assess my client's needs, goals and concerns. Based on our conversation, I customize my services and provide information on how I can best help. If the potential client decides to continue working with me, we will start our 6-month program.
During the program:
* I work with my client to create a clear outline of all the goals and objectives they have and give them tools to track their progress
* we discuss all accomplishments, obstacles, progress, worries and needs that have come about throughout the week
* I provide on-going support by holding my client accountable, being understanding and continuously customizing my approach to meet my client where they are
* I educate my client on how to develop effective coping strategies, new behaviors and sustainable lifestyle changes by providing a multitude of resources My ultimate goal is for my client to feel empowered and walk away equipped with the tools they need to have a long-lasting lifestyle transformation!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Psychology, Certification in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching and Past Life Regression Therapy. I have attended many seminars and webinars lead by doctors who have a more holistic approach to health and wellness. Through my education and my own personal research, such as reading books, I have developed a good understanding of what an individual needs to create sustainable lifestyle changes and be healthy.
I combine my knowledge of physical health with an understanding of mental, emotional, spiritual and financial wellness to provide my clients with high-quality services.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The initial consultation is free. It is 60 minutes long and I require my client to complete a questionnaire prior to it. I use the questionnaire to learn more about my client's concerns and goals. Based on the information they provide me, I can customize my services to their needs. If the client decides to work with me, they will sign up for a 6-month program, priced at $200/monthly. It includes:
* bi-weekly sessions, each 60 minutes long during which we will discuss client's progress. I will provide recommendations and support.
* one pantry makeover so we can substitute the junk with healthier version of my client's favorite meals and snacks
* on-going email support to answer all questions and concerns
* additional resources to expand my client's knowledge and support the newly established habits.
How did you get started teaching?
Growing up, I never paid attention to what I ate, as long as it tasted good and I never realized the impact that had on my body. I used to have major gastrointestinal issues until one day I read book about toxins in our food which turned my life in a different direction. I started paying attention to food labels, ingredients in food and eliminated many foods from my diet to find what was causing the issues. I experienced great improvements in my health. The results inspired me to coach people on how to create massive long-lasting changes in their lifestyle.
What types of students have you worked with?
Because of my background in psychology coupled with health coaching, I have worked with a wide range of people:
* busy moms wanting to lose the excess weight and learn healthy and delicious recipes for their home cooked meals
* young adults looking to establish positive habits, such as eating a balanced diet, incorporating more exercise, budgeting and setting realistic career and life goals
* men and women interested in improving their relationships by understanding their emotional and behavioral patterns and learning strategies to resolve them
* adults who wanted to increase their self-esteem by learning to develop a positive self-image and a changed mindset
* individuals wanting to learn how to create health, wealth and abundance in their lives
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a coach who will:
* Customize their services and approach to your needs
* Be an active listener and understand you as an individual.
* Help you set realistic and achievable goals
* Hold you accountable and cheer for you throughout the process of transforming yourself!
