My approach to wellness is based on the implementation of the far reaching philosophy of classical Yoga as foundation for an ayurvedic-yogic life-style. These two traditional sciences offer a solid base for a well-rounded approach to a healthy body and mind. To do so, I specialize in individual and small group yoga sessions with the goal of explaining and demonstrating to you yogic and ayurvedic practices and teachings you can implement for your specific doshas and needs.
These sessions will give you the base to wellness from a yogic perspective that can be implemented throughout your day and long term.
I have been doing yoga for 15+ years. I am a 200-hr certified Yoga instructor as well as a certified Ayurvedic practitioner.

Before we start our Yoga sessions, I will ask you to take an ayurvedic questionnaire to find out your predominant doshas and body-mind type from a yogic-ayurvedic perspective.
From there, our classes can be tailored based on your needs.
Asana, breathing and meditation are included in all my classes, as well as information on your best ayurvedic routines to be implemented in your life for the best outcome.
