All my classes are taught to the level of the student. I teach yoga, breath-work, mindfulness and meditation. Yoga is a wonderful holistic healing modality. With regular practice it will bring physical strength and flexibility, mental and emotional calm and an overall sense of well being.
I enjoy seeing the individual progress that each student makes. Public classes, corporate or private clients all see a vast increase in flexibility, strength and endurance within a few weeks of continuous practice.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before meeting I offer either a phone or email consultation to establish the student's need for the lesson.
Private sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes depending on the need of the client.
Follow up consultation a few days later to establish progress and to answer any questions.
