I teach the proper mechanics for pitchers, fielders, and hitters. As a pitcher you will learn proper mechanics and a variety of effective pitches. As a fielder you will learn proper foot work and how to be efficient and effective and catching and transferring the ball. As a hitter you will learn proper mechanics through the entire swing.
