Beach Boxing Club/Personal Training/and Water Aerobics
I help individuals with boxing, golf, tennis, speed, coordination, agility, strength muscle mass, and body awareness. Through applying the principals of Water Resistance Training, Boxing, Speed and Agility drills, Weight training, Sand Bag Training, Holistic Stretching and Meditation, I believe I have put together a program that has been revolutionary. This program is absolutely amazing for all muscle groups. More than any other I have been told has helped with back and neck pain. Water training is one of the safest forms of training. This program can also be adjusted for elderly and children It is so interesting to work and share with others who have the intent to achieve ideal fitness and health related goals. Having the ability to see individuals see results and achieve and know what you are doing and know the most effective means to start at one place and reach another, that is awesome. When you see individuals go beyond what they had expected is what I like most about what I do.
Meeting new people and helping them with progress in all areas of health. Results is what I enjoy.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get to know your current health situation by going over a health history report. I would then like to go over what kind of training you have been doing and the desired results you would like to achieve. Go through a workout with some new ideas, ask for feedback, and continually modify the program to help you get the desired results you would like to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACSM Certification, Ace Certification, Fitness Leader Certification, Strength and Conditioning Certification, Fitness Testing Certification. My father was a coach, my uncle was a coach, and have been competing in multiple sports since childhood.
