I love coaching, whether it is doing actor coaching or life coaching. I have my MFA in Acting and taught acting/directing for 19 years at the college level and about 5 years at the high school level. I have helped numerous students grow in their acting technique and have helped many get cast in various types of productions. I am trained in both Stanislavsky and Meisner acting methodology as well as Michael Shurtleff's audition techniques.

I am also a certified life coach with additional training as a Stephen Minister (personal/spiritual coach). I love helping people achieve their goals or just walking along side them during a rough patch in their lives.
