About
tenemos muchos instructores de habla hispana para ti
-We do the hardest part coaches don’t want to do. We develop the athletes mechanics one brick at a time.
We have a full comprehensive program and have been producing athletes at all levels.
-we are also an accredited International Boarding School.
-as many references as needed upon request
-We have developed many MLB players and hundreds of college players
Watching the confidence in the athlete and parents grow is exciting. Every athlete is different. Sometimes we are developing world class athletes and sometimes we are developing kids just for self esteem.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
-first lesson is always an evaluation
-once we decide the way to develop the athlete.
-we develop a plan.
-then install the plan
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
founded South Florida Wildcat program, Extra Innings Sarasota, florida International Training Center, and Florida International Baseball Academy. I have hundreds of referrels if needed. I have athletes from the MLB all the way down to 4 years old. I have former pro players, managers, and scouts that coach with me. So, everything is covered. This way you dont have to rely on just one theory or method. I dont believe in trying to build robots. Every player has advantages and disadvantages. My strength has always been to isolate the bio mechanical parts of a swing or throwing motion that can be improved.....we have rapsodo, K-vest and jugs radar systems along with Kevin Barr who does total athlete evaluations when needed.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I try to keep it as standard as possible. We offer so many different services it is hard to list them all. I try and keep the price down by making sure you know what to work on when you are on your off time. I do offer a first time one skill evaluation on video for $39.00. I will promise it will be the best $39.00 you will ever spend.
In the evaluation, I will video one skill. We will work on one or two areas that I feel can help quickly and then we sit down and watch the video and break down what area is deficient and the plan to make it better.
How did you get started teaching?
I layed down my mitt at 20 years old and promised to never look at, watch or talk about baseball. at 30 years old, I met my two future step sons that wanted nothing more than to throw the baseball every time i hung out. I realized that the guys coaching were guys that never really played the game. I remember being frustrated with explanations when i was young. Like, "stay inside the ball". I never understood what it meant. Anyways, I can explain and translate the baseball lingo.......
What types of students have you worked with?
I have coached over 35 players who went on to play professional baseball, over 30 of my players have gone on to played collegiately this year, and i have 7 MLB players who have either trained with me or worked with me. So, here is the problem with those numbers. We live in Sarasota so anyone who does instruction can say things like that.
For me the greatest accomplishment is when I can help a kid with his self esteem and understanding of the game.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Last year I got to watch 3 of my ex-players reach the MLB in the same year.
I also got to watch 8 of the players off my original Wildcat team sign letters of commitment to play collegiately. but most of all they all ended up kick ass kids.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Always look for referrels and reviews. Always find out how long they have been doing lessons in the area. This will tell you if they are any good. The most important advise is find someone who really cares about making you better and not just trying collect checks.....
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I feel like the most important thing is to make sure they will be around for awhile. All the kids who do well stay with the same instructor for a long period of time.
