Hello! My name is Cenya. I am passionate about music & sharing the gift of music through teaching. I’ve played piano since the age of 5, taken 13 years of private piano lessons, worked as a church pianist for nearly 5 years, & taught piano for 4 years from 2016-2020. Along with years of experience, the gift of perfect pitch only deepens my connection with music. In addition to my passion for music, I graduated in 2020 with a bachelor degree in psychology; my knowledge & understanding of how therapeutic & beneficial learning an instrument is on a neurological level only adds to my love for music. Also, I am sensory-friendly & would be more than happy to make accommodations such as dimming the lights, reducing the volume, or adjusting the pace of learning. In my more recent years, I have been focusing on family life as a stay-at-home mother & homeschool teacher. I currently have no reviews on my web page here, as I’ve newly joined this website. I am overjoyed for the opportunity to share the gift of music . I look forward to working together to take steps toward achieving your musical goals. My set availability is on Saturdays from 8:30am-4:30pm & on Sundays from 12:30pm-4:30pm. Along with the days/times mentioned, I am also open to discussing other probable days & times that may work for you.
