What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically I like to do online lessons where I can teach over the phone how to pretty much do anything you want. I will type and email list of things you may need to help me aid you in cooking what you would like to cook.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to New York cooking school and graduated with my bachelors degree in culinary and restaurant management!!
