I have been an Executive Chef since I was 23. Trained in southern France with Roger Verge. 12 years as Exec Chef with Marriott Resorts. Have been teaching healthy cooking classes for thousands of students for over 25 years. Most Any cuisine or skill imaginable I can help you with. Conventional cooking, juicing or vegetarian. Executive Chef for 40 years. Studied at FIU and in southern France with Roger Verge. Teaching cooking classes since 1995. Recently doing personal cooking classes at my home location.

$79 per person for a 1-2 hour class depending on the topic.
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching healthy cooking classes in 1995 at the Regency Health Tesort & Spa in Hallandale Beach Fla.
What types of students have you worked with?
Adults of all ages and children
