I have been playing guitar for 20+ years. Have given lessons to 100+ students. My goal is to give you the tools to be able to create and express yourself musically. I want to teach you things you want to learn!

I have a great deal of experience playing and teaching the Horn. I am a former principal Horn of The Miam Symphony, and have played with many orchestras throughout Florida. I have extensive experience teaching Horn. While in South Florida, I have taught Horn at The Gulliver Academy since 2006. I was also the Horn Professor at the Panama Conservatory of music in Central America. I hold a Masters degree in Performance from Carnegie-Melon University in Pittsburgh, and a Bachelors degree in Music Education from Oberlin Conservatory of Music. Music has always been an integral part of my life. I have been a pianist and vocalist for almost 35 years. My deep love and appreciation for music began when I started taking piano lessons at age 5. Music has gotten me through some very hard and difficult days as a teenager and as a young adult. I am also an educator, and I have seen firsthand how music enhances academic success.
